The HOLDFAST Experience

HOLDFAST SDN BHD was established in 2016 by Michael Chan. The purpose of the company was to provide a one-stop services and solutions packaging center. Our MISSION is to provide our clients with a reliable service management company to help deal with a largely fragmented supply chain environment. There are so many different products in the market. Which one is suitable for you? Our role is to help clients make informed decisions, and get the job done with minimum hassle on their part.

Michael has been serving the Systems Integration Industry since 1995. He started sales engineer in Bell and Order Berhad, working on projects for Olympia Leisure restaurants and entertainment venues. He then moved on to serve as systems engineer, and later on as project manager, for global consulting firm Shen Milsom & Wilke of New York, where he worked on mega projects; like the prestigious Petronas Twin Towers, KLCC Suria, Sheraton Imperial Hotel, Securities Commission HQ and AIG Malaysia's Menara AIA.

In 2007, Michael joined the IT industry as a sales manager in GLOCOMP SYSTEMS (M) SDN BHD, where he worked on backup, network and security infrastructure, representing enterprise solutions from Symantec VERITAS, Hitachi Data Systems, CISCO and ARUBA. As a distributor, Michael has worked with leading IT systems integrators namely CSC Malaysia, Fujitsu Malaysia and Hewlett Packard. His main focus was on the financial services institutions (FSI), and he also did a number of government projects as well.
